April

  • Gazelle Girl Half Marathon
    • Goal 1: Break 2:14:01 (PR)
    • Goal 2: Break 2:13:11 (10:10 pace)
    • Goal 3: Break: 2:12:05 (10:05 pace)
  • Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville Half Marathon
    • Goal 1: HAVE FUN!
    • Goal 2: Break 2:27:23 (11:15 pace)
    • Goal 3: Break 2:23:52 (10:59 pace)

May

  • River Bank 25k — (update: Doing 10k instead with no time goals.)
    • Goal 1: Break 2:39:01 (PR)
    • Goal 2: Break 2:38:06ย (10:12 pace)
    • Goal 3: Break: 2:37:35 (10:10 pace)

September

  • Mackinac Island 8 mileย 
    • Goal 1: Break 1:17:58 (PR)
    • Goal 2: Break 1:12:30 (9:03 pace)
    • Goal 3: Break 1:11:52 (8:59 pace)

Non-Race Time Goals:

  • Plank daily. I need to pay more attention to my core, and this would be a fun way to get in a few minutes each day.
  • Reach a 5 minute plank by December 31, 2017.
  • Run 3x a week.
  • Bike 2x a week (or sub other cross training)
  • Spend at least 5 minutes doing post-run stretching. I tend to only stretch when there is a problem ๐Ÿ˜‚. I know I need to do more.
