A few days late, but here’s a recap of last weeks workouts. It was a lighter week as I had a race on Saturday and decided to skip a swim on Friday.
Sunday – Rest day
Monday – 3.1 mile run
Tuesday – AM: 9 mile bike + 2 mile run. PM: 1,000 yard swim
Wednesday – 3.1 mile run on Tri course
Thursday – Rest Day
Friday – unexpected rest day – Decided to skip swim to save legs for race
Saturday – Troutarama 5k (4th / 9 in age group)
