Weekly Workout Log – July 5-11th

Even though I still post my training on Instagram, I thought I’d do a weekly recap. This weeks training looked like this:

Sunday – Rest Day

Monday – Ran 4.1 miles

Tuesday – Morning: Bike trainer 11 miles; Evening: 600 Yard lap swim

Wednesday – Ran 3.1 miles

Thursday – Morning: Bike trainer 8 miles + Ran 2 miles; Evening: 1,250 Yard lap swim

Friday – Rest Day

Saturday – Outdoor 30 mile bike ride
